Healthy body imparts physical and mental fitness :
Health is primary need of human’s body that allows us to work actively. The core concern of anybody regarding health is to investigate the ways of remaining fit and keep his body healthy. Let us have some view that how our health affects our mental and physical fitness. Our mental health which is actually directly proportional to freshness of our mind can be gained when we gain satisfaction in everythingi.e. our daily routine is going well, absence of anxiety etc. which again points toward the need of healthy body.
Health provides immunity against diseases :
It is universally investigated fact that healthy persons got less attacks of germs like bacteria, viruses that causes dangerous diseases including cancer, common cough, influenza, common fever etc. The reason behind this is explained that a human body is given with the immune system which in turns works actively if we have a healthy body. Therefore, viruses and bacteria are blocked by our body’s immune system and keep our body protected again harmful diseases.
Health as remedy of fatigue :
Fatigue is common in our daily life. We use different method to eliminate it and reduce our stress due to this problem. Everyone works from dawn to dusk for earning livelihood for his self and his family. Fatigue is merely a feeling of our mind that our body cannot go more and needs some rest. It is innate nature which is due to accumulation of lactic acid in our muscles and is converted form of glucose therefore, when we take rest then this lactic acid reacts with oxygen and again converts to glucose which is reserve form of energy in our body. Healthy body has more glucose that increases our stamina to work and remain physically or mentally fit.
Health body gets sound sleep :
Another important controlling factor of human’s health is proper time sleep. Sleep is meant to let the body free and allowing it to have some rest for freshening its organs. Our heart beat stabilizes because heart has not to pump against gravity of earth. Our eye is considered to be most energetic organ of our body and consumes more energy of human body than any other. Therefore, during sleep we keeps our eyes closed but sometimes due to different aspects i.e. illness, mental anxiety or any other disease one cannot sleep for a proper period of time that’s why feels sleepy and inactive throughout the day. In contrast, a healthy person sleeps well and keeps his body perfect.
