Take care of cold in morning
Other important and the most dominant factor is the exposure towards the cold. Avoid from going into the cold. For example, don’t go outside in morning and night during winters. If there is necessary to go outside, cover your head, chest and ears with some hot snuffing material, so that cold air doesn’t go inside.
Don’t stay on unclean places
Avoid from the unclean places. Places like garbage and other places where water is used to stand in the rainy seasons. Don’t go there. Also try to stay at home if you are sick because otherwise viruses will transfer from your body to nearby places and other may get harm.
Avoid face from hands
Avoid touching your hands with mouth, face, nose and ears. Hands are usually in contact with unclean things and germs are stick to your hands. When hands are bring in contact with face, germs get transfer from hands to mouth and causes different infections. One of them is Flu and coughing.
Try to get vaccinated on regular basis for the flu. In some areas, government has started to give free vaccination, so that maximum people can get benefit. These vaccines have especial kind of sprays and other medicines.
Use medicines and sprays for the treatment of the flu. Sprays contain special type of nasal medicines that open the blockage of the nose and other veins.
Hot food for internal heat
Take hot foods in winters. Try to take boiled things like boiled eggs in winters. Also take healthy food. Healthy food includes beans, almonds etc.
Cover when near to infected person
Cover your face while coughing and sneezing. It doesn’t allow the germs to move from the victim to healthy persons.

Use homemade pickles to prevent flu because it has a good bacteria in it and it can fight the flu and other disease. It’s also tasty. So you can use it while eating meal.
In cold nights are also long. So you should sleep minimum of 8 hours daily to get a good sleep. Maximum you should try to get full sleep and this will also help your body to get rest and more power to defend against the disease. Make you sleep as your priority.
Don’t do hard-work as you know that you’re ill. Less work will help you get healed early and quickly. But if you’ll work hard it’ll lead you to health disorders.
